Holy cats! I thought I had too many applications on my Mac! That’s easily twice as many as I have.

How do I post reports about which applications don’t work with AppFresh? I’m not talking about the tool, I mean manually.
Here’s my list:
QuickTime – it’s telling me I need to update this for a while now, but I have the latest version installed
Security Updates – ditto, it keeps telling me to install the one that came out weeks ago.
World of Warcraft – it says I need to download 2.12, but I have 2.2, which is the latest.
